Welcome to the Eurasia Region of the International Church of the Nazarene!
This highly diverse region, home of major religions such as Islam, Judaism, Buddhism, Hinduism, and Christianity, provides great challenges in presenting the clear message of Christ. From the first mission field in the Church of the Nazarene, India, begun in 1898, to the newest fields in Kosovo and Iraq, we offer in 2006 medical services, food and clothing for the orphaned, relief for refugees from wars and ethnic cleansing as well as natural disasters, education at all levels, and spiritual nurturing through the work of more than 1,000 local churches. The Kingdom of God is advancing rapidly in many places such as South Asia, and in many other places on the region. The ministry is holistic, meeting people’s physical and emotional needs so they will be receptive to hearing the ultimate answer to life's demands, Jesus Christ.
