NYI Project Manager

Do you have a passion for young people, leadership development, and ministry?
We’re looking for a Project Manager to help lead and support Nazarene Youth International (NYI) across the Eurasia Region.
This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, relational, and motivated to serve in an international, cross-cultural ministry setting. You’ll balance administration and project management with opportunities to be creative and innovative — helping young people grow as disciples and leaders in the church.
What You’ll Do

Support the Eurasia NYI Coordinator with administration (calendar, travel, communications, reports, GDPR filing).

Coordinate meetings and communications for the NYI Eurasia Council.

Plan events like regional trainings, youth camps, and leadership conferences.

Help deliver the Nexus (training events, online workshops, budget tracking, reporting).

Support volunteer teams across cultures.
What You Bring

Strong organisational and administrative skills.

Experience in project or event management (church, nonprofit, or youth ministry experience is a plus).

Excellent communication and digital skills (including experience with zoom & word/excel)

Ability to work across cultures with flexibility and sensitivity.

A heart for youth discipleship, leadership, and mission.
