Ministerial Development

Christ is continually calling men and women of all nations, languages, and ages into specific roles of ministry within the Church. The Church of the Nazarene seeks to train these new ministers biblically, theologically, and spiritually so they may in turn lead others in every aspect of the Christian life. The Church urges the development of new and current missionaries, pastors, and others so the church may continue to strengthen and grow in Christ-likeness and as Christ followers.
We also place a strong emphasis on pastoral care — training pastors to care for themselves, their families, and their churches, while also training churches to care
for their ministers.
